1997 Mercury Grand Marquis LS 4.6L No Start
This vehicle came in as a no start, or hard start only first thing in the morning. When I tried it, no start unless I opened the throttle a bit. So I replaced the IAC valve. Same thing happened the next morning. I got out my trusty fluke and scoped the IAC val...
