1987 Ford Thunderbird 3.8L Poor Idle Quality, Stall
With the new ISA on the engine, I was able to extend and retract the plunger by applying power to the ISA motor pins (the old one would not respond as it was completely open). But when doing the KOER test, the ISA would retract and not extend, and set the code...
