2002 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L Hard Initial Start
Ford Techs, Have looked this over pretty thoroughly, checked fuel pressure and for leakdown(ok) 62 psi running and about 66 psi key on. It acts as though it is flooded on an initial start. You must hold the accelerator and it will start up but act as though it...
