Hi All I have this ford explorer that won't pass the Ma. emissions test. I have Tested the tps OK at .96 o2 good cleaned maf hot wire fuel press good .No vac leaks Cleaned injectors . Plugs were gapped wrong regapped . Emissions reemain the same .Install octan...
