1987 Ford LTD Crown Victoria S 5.0L Excessive Emissions, Hesitation, Surge
Problem: Hi CO and HC during 31 sec. deq drive cycle. Has new O2 sensor, plug wires, spark plugs, cap and rotor. Injectors, throttle body and iac have been cleaned.
