1997 Ford F-150 Lariat 4.6L Steering Shaft
Posted to Ford Chassis on 5/24/2001 4 Replies

When starting or stopping you can feel a clunk in the steering wheel. There is what appears to be excessive play in the lower steering shaft coupler. Is this a common problem? Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks in advance for your time.
