	 2002 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L Actuator rear heat 
		
		We had a clicking noise from rear heating unit. Found the floor/roof actuator gear being stripped. The door seems to move freely back and forth. We recieved the new actuator and installed to test. Before bolting it up we moved it back and forth from the front ...
