The CCRM is not sending power to the A/C clutch. I have power across the low pressure switch. I have power at the CCRM on terminal 21. I have no voltage out of the CCRM on pin 23 (yellow/ black wire to the the a/c clutch). Mitchell and All Data say replace CCR...
