1989 Mercury Sable LS 3.8L Blower motor
This 89 Sable with Auto Temp Control developed a high pitched whine when the blower motor is on a higher speed. I changed the motor which did not help. I then installed a filter capacitor which didn't help either. I'm looking for any suggestions.
