There is no power coming to the AC clutch from the Constant Control Relay Module/clutch relay. The AC fuse in the under hood panel has 12 volts and 12 volts are found at CCRM terminal 21 from that fuse. CCRM terminal 23 is properly connected to the cluch coil....
