1990 Lincoln Continental 3.8L No clutch engagement
1990 Lincoln Continental with no clutch engagement. Has no voltage at EEC pin #54 or EEC pin #41. EEC is not sending signal to integrated control module. EEC testing using snap-on and OTC says all is ok. No codes present. EEC is getting signal to turn A/C on. ...
