1994 Lincoln Continental Signature 3.8L Blower Motor
The blower only works on high speed. I have a wiring diagram, but no way to diagnose how many volts should be at the blower motor speed control module (which I think is the faulty component). I even went to the Ford dealer, but the oldest book they have is a 1...
