Hello VW Tecs, I Have this passat With Blower Inop. When car First It Got in The blower Was Running Very low no matter What Speed was in. Then It stopped completely. Fan Is Good, Has Ground But No Voltage at all. Blower Resistor Was Swapped No change. Control ...
