Volvo tech. i hope you can ans. my ques. The car is a [...] TURBO well maint. But now the turbo blow out smokingbadly out the tail pipe .the lady that drives the car issemi handycap and onls drives it around the city .Wouldrather not invest the cost of a turbo...
