2008 Volvo XC70 3.2 3.2L Fuel delivery
Car dies and will not start but when it runs it runs strong. Acts like Fuel Pump is not pumping but there is NEVER any indication that it is not turning when electrically checked. Pump will decide to create proper pressure then decide not to give any...
