Got a p1927 (6439) aux coolant pump j496 circuit open. Also noticed under hood fuse f23 5amp is blown(replaced fuse and blows right away). Alldata has almost nothing to tell me what this is about. Need advise where to go with this. Gooogling it comes up f2...
