1999 Saab 9-3 2.0L Front Fog Lights
Happy Holidays. I need a bit of help on this Saab 9-3. Vehicle failed state inspection for front brakes and the fog lights. Fog lights aren't suppose to be on with high beam headlights. Fog lights should be wired to the low beam circuit of the headlight system...
