Current status of vehicle is ICM missing on BUS & cannot be [...] fuses are good.I have a Tech 2 with Saab [...] O-BUS ring break test &ICM cannot be contacted on any [...] I replace ICM with a used one & will I be able to reprogram with my scanner or if I buy...
