2003 Saab 9-3 Arc 2.0L Key Won'T Turn
Car came in for transmission solenoid problem , done test on trans and determined bad solenoid, battery was dead and would not take a charge, installed another battery and now the ignition switch won't turn to on and steering is locked. A message is displayed ...
