We have tried ignition switch, Park Neutral Position relay, and Transmission Multi-Function switch. All fuses Ok, grounds Ok. No faults in either ECM or TCM. The PRNDL works, and the TCM knows what gear its in. We can start the vehicle by jumping the Starter o...
