1993 Audi 100 CS 2.8L Starting
After unlocking the doors either with lock cylinder or infra-red key, the alarm deactivates, but the car will not crank. MOD says diagnostics cannot be carried out without VAG 1598. Is this correct? Has anyone seen this before? Bad ECU? I'd hate to specula...
