2003 Volvo S60 AWD 2.5L Starter relay control
Hello Volvo Techs! This S60 came in as a no start / no crank. Battery checked fine so I pulled a wiring diagram an found that I was not getting a ground control to the starter relay from the CEM. I checked the ignition switch output to the cem and to the start...
