1999 Volvo S70 AWD 2.4L key
When the steering wheel is locked and you turn the key, it will turn freely and not unlock the wheel or turn on the ignition, unless the st. wheel is carefully positioned to be centered in the locking pins. any ideas? Thanks, Bill
