1999 Jaguar Vanden Plas 4.0L Windshield Wipers
This car arrived with the complaint that when the wipers
were switched off they would continue to run for an
unpredictable period of time before stopping. And sometimes
they will fail to start. We verified the failure to stop
but not the failure to start.
