1995 Volkswagen Jetta GL 2.0L PRND321and spedo jumps
hoping that someone elese has seen this befor. customer came in complaing of the instrument cluster working intermintently. I've replaced the cluster, checked the connections, checked the ground, and checked the engine ground. nothing has fixed this yet.
