1995 Volkswagen Passat GLX 2.8L Blower, Wipers, A/C Rear Defogger.
If you start this car and the ABS light comes on, you loose the blower motor, the rear defogger, the wipers, and the a/c. I have found a blown 5 amp fuse in a fuse box under the hood by the battery, replace the fuse but it blew as soon as I started the car. do...
