
1997 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L Excessive Emissions, MIL Lamp on, no power
engine will not rev above 1500 with no power-dropped exhaust-no change. checked hose connections at boost valve and ran with electrical connector off at n75 valve to see if any change in power. with connector on valve keeps clicking-also seems no vacum present...
