2001 Land Rover Discovery Series II LE 4.0L No star when cold
The car came in the shop with the complain of no start when engine is cold. The engine starts ok if sprayed with starting fluid. I checked for codes and found codes P 0171 and P 0174, both banks running lean. Checked for vacuum leaks and didn't find any leaks....
