Saab 900 Turbo. Fails to start on VERY cold mornings. Runs well at all other times. Has new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Suspect fuel problem. Last time this happened the plugs were dry, spark was good. Tested fuel pressure good.....then it started! Any id...
