2000 Volvo V70 X/C AWD 2.4L No Start, Stall, MIL Lamp on, Hard start
This car intermittantly has extended crank time or starts and stalls. Fuel pressure is very high and drops to 0 at rest. I plan to replace the fuel pressure regulator but wonder if the pump might have a faulty anti drain back valve. If it does have one, is it ...
