2001 Volkswagen Jetta Wolfsburg Edition 1.8L Poor Idle Quality, Extended cranking
This one came in as a stripped belt with all valves bent. Removed head and sent to machine shop for valve replacement etc. and reinstalled with new timing belt, hydraulic tensioner and roller. The problem is most of the time it takes a very long time to start ...
