1998 Volvo V70 R 2.3L Hesitation, MIL Lamp on, lacks power
A little unsure of the fuel system used on this car. Fuel pressure is low at 20 psi and it falls to 0 when the engine is shut off. Spec that i found was 43 psi and should hold 29 after shut down. Obviously this car barely runs and is hard to start. My question...
