1998 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L MIL Lamp on, no power
Hello all. This 1998 jetta diesel has no power. It has a new factory turbo on it. turbo boost is low. the reading is [...], spec is [...]. I tried a new waste gate regulator valve and no change. I tried a new air mass and no change. The egr valve is closing ok...
