1986 Volvo 740 GLE 2.3L No Start
Vehicle came in no start. Mitchell is sketchy on proper test of ISCU or amplifier. Fear that ISCU is defective, would like to be sure. Any one know proper test for ISCU or amplifier? Thanks for all the help,
