1989 Volvo 244 DL 2.3L No Start
Car came in on the hook. No Start. I have good fuel pressure, injector pulse, & spark. When I ground a plug car acts like it is going to start. I cleaned the plugs and it almost Fired up. Plugs Were fuel soaked & black.
