1998 Volkswagen Passat GLS 1.8L MIL Lamp on, No Power off idle
We scanned the ECM and got DTC P1338. We noticed this engine had ZERO acceleration off the line. We checked the engine vacumn and got a reading at idle of 17". We removed the timing belt cover and verified the valve timing and corresponding marks OK. Heard a f...
