1991 Volvo 940 GLE 2.3L No Start, intermittent hot
this is the second shop in this repair history. no start after hot soak. 42 psi @ time of nostart, 25 kV at all four plugs. fuel inj pulse ( via noid light ) all four inj. give it a quick shot of propane into the intake and it starts right up. any help would b...
