1987 Volvo 760 GLE 2.3L Excessive Emissions, No Start, Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out, Stall
Vehicle intermittently sputters, hesitates and will stall out completely and not restart at times. We have had to tow the car back from 2 test drives now. All tests performed show no problems. Ign. system looks good. Fuel presure is ok when problem is not evid...
