Gross polluter failed smog test (Ca.). A new cat conv. and top end cleaner reduced NoX down to 1200 ppm, but still too high (778/717 max allowed). With PDA scanner hooked to O2 sensor I see it cycle at idle, BUT anything above 1400 rpm, and the sensor flatline...
