1995 Mercedes-Benz C280 2.8L High Idle, 1100-1500
very wierd , a tough one that has me pulling my hair. i used alldata to diagnose per teststep 17.0 for diagnosing n4/3(isc controller) using my fluke(i dont have a bob yet), i checked voltage aT pin 42 and 2 at controller by probing pin 42 at connector x11/18 ...
