Car runs great at cruise but has very rough idle.

The first mechanic did a major tune up (Plugs, cap, rotor, wires and O2 sensor(Bosch universal 3 wire crimped on) He thought #2 wasn't firing but didn't know why.

The dealer was next and they replaced the dow...
