1998 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on
symptoms are rough running after cold start and check engine light on. code 1403 egr system is present. egr valve is carboned up. is there anything that prevents this. is it repairable. any information would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
