1997 Volvo 850 2.3L No Start
This car has trouble starting cold. Customer must use full open throttle to make it catch--otherwise it stumbles and coughs. We did five cold start tests (35 deg f) First start was good, with minimum stumble. Each seccessive start got worse. We only let it idl...
