1999 Volkswagen Beetle GL 2.0L No Start
According to the dealer this car ran fine until they changed the battery. Now it is a no start. Checked fuses and no. 29 is blown. This feeds the ECM and the coil pack only. Disconected the coil pack and the short is still there. Can't find the computer to dis...
