1999 Volkswagen Beetle GL 1.9L No Start, Poor Idle Quality
The car starts very hard. There is no power to the glow plugs. The glow plug relay has power at the main wire and the wireing is ok from the relay to the glow plugs. A new relay did not help. The imformation in ALLDATA is only fair on this system. Any help or ...
