Ladies and Germs:

Got this car, 2000 Jetta 1.9 TDi with the above indicated P16764 code stored in the ECU. I went into the iATN irc channel where I was helped as best as possible by a couple fellows.

So far: I have verified 12v to glow plugs for 15-20 secon...
