1987 Volvo 740 GLE 2.3L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Misfire
Car will run good from a cold start but after you turn the key off after running it to normal operating temp it runs extremely rich, heavy black smoke out of the tailpipe. Substituted a good airflow meter still no improvement. I suspect a bad ECU but wanted so...
