1990 Volvo 740 2.3L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out, Stall, MIL Lamp on
I would appreciate any info. on this Volvo. I had 3 different Volvo technician's tell me the O2 sensor was the problem if code # 231 appears. I also performed resistance check and voltage test. All were within specs. The only source I have to go by is this [.....
