1988 Volvo 244 DL 2.3L Excessive Emissions
I have had this problem several times on Volvo's without bheing able to solve the problem. I get super high NOx levels for the CA ASM15/25 smog test. This one seems too lean to me but adjusting the Air Flow meter does not change anything. The O2 pattern is a p...
