1990 Volkswagen Jetta GL 1.8L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Poor Fuel Economy
hello !! i'll call this one "return of the jetta" (sorry) this car in a few months ago with the following conditions; started and ran fine, but after 10 minutes or so driving, would go full rich; black smoke out tailpipe, super sluggish throttle response, etc....
